These terms cover use of Decimo Decimal Discounts ("the app"). Installing the app means accepting them.
What the app does
The app changes the percentage value of discounts that already exist in a Shopify store to any value between 0.01 and 99.99 percent, with up to two decimal places. It does not create or delete discounts, and it does not alter their conditions, schedules or codes.
Plans and billing
- The free plan includes 5 discount edits per calendar month. Reading discounts is never limited.
- Paid plans include unlimited edits, bulk editing and CSV export. Current prices are shown on the plan page inside the app.
- All billing is handled by Shopify and appears on the store's regular Shopify invoice. Payment details are never handled by the app.
- Cancelling takes effect immediately and returns the store to the free plan. Shopify's own refund terms apply to any charge already made.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. An existing subscription keeps its original price until it is changed by the merchant.
Acceptable use
The app may not be used to attempt to access stores the merchant does not own, to interfere with the service for others, or to work around plan limits. Accounts doing so may be suspended.
Availability
The app depends on the Shopify API. If Shopify is unavailable or changes its API, some features may stop working until they are updated. No specific level of uptime is guaranteed, and the app may be taken offline briefly for maintenance.
Merchant responsibility
The merchant is responsible for the discount values they set. The app applies exactly the value entered and shows a preview of the change before it is saved. Every change is recorded in the activity log so it can be checked and reversed by setting the previous value again.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, liability for losses arising from use of the app is limited to the amount paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
The merchant may uninstall the app at any time, which cancels any subscription and stops all access to the store. Data handling after uninstall is described in the Privacy Policy.
